Day 3: May 10 2023



















Today was a more relaxed day at the office. When I got there, I started by watching videos of the step-by-step rundown of the app. I had to take notes and write down if there was anything I thought needed to be changed or added. I wrote a few things down, and after I did, I went and talked to Fernando. Together we discussed the things I belied needed to get switched. He then told me to read over the introduction scripts and take notes on that as well. It was a good day at the office. Excited for tomorrow!

Week 2 Reflection:

  Week two is complete. It has been a true pleasure to have been able to work with Fernando these past two weeks. The amount of time that he has dedicated to me is very important, since he is a very busy man. In this last week I learned many new things but I also repeated some of the same things I learned on week one. Throughout the week I got to know the company even more and got to sketch out a lot of different pages for either the app or the website. It was a typical weekend, but at the same time there were days where we did something completely different like the zoom meeting with the whole entire company. Day 4: May 11 2023

Today's breakfast was a very traditional Mexican breakfast. I ate this plate called chilaquiles. These consist of a plate filled with tortilla chips, bathed in either green or red sauce, and then topped off with shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream, and sometimes even an extra sunny-side-up egg. This is one of my favorite Mexican breakfasts; I knew I was going to have a good day just because of that. Got to the office and talked for a while with Fernando. We finished discussing some topics we had left off from yesterday. Then I began with the task I had for today, which was writing up a part of what should be included in the official document regarding the introduction the wellness coaches are going to receive. In this write-up, I needed to include certain details regarding how they could promote supplements and vitamins that they like, but if they are sold in the GUUD store, then they should direct the client to the store. Week 1 Reflection:

Feel GUUD. Look GUUD! Where to even begin? I have learned so much in these past few days. Learning from Fernando Garcia Sada is a privilege since he is an incredible entrepreneur who has had great success with his companies. Throughout the first week, I attended meetings, talked to people, and had to use my imagination to think about how this new project would look in the future. It is truly remarkable to be able to see and learn how a company is starting from zero. The project that I have been working on is called GUUD. This new start-up project is a new app regarding health and wellness with biomedicine. GUUD is the name of the app that Fernando is trying to create. His goal is for this app to be the best wellness app in the world.  The basis of a successful company is a positive and happy environment.
